Artdumax primarily serves customers in the United States. Personalized ornaments are prepared for each order and require production time before shipment.

Processing

Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days after payment and all personalization details are received. Peak periods or questions about submitted details may require additional time.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, delivery to most United States addresses typically takes 7–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or an incomplete address may affect delivery.

Charges and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout before payment. Tracking is sent to the checkout email when available and may take several business days to display its first scan.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review the address before ordering and email us promptly if a correction is needed. Once production or shipment begins, changes may not be possible. For a delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered package, email support@artdumax.com with the order number and relevant photos.
